Please submit only one form per family. If you won't be attending, please don't submit this form. We expect to be able to provide a live-stream of the ceremony the day of.

Where is it?
Our wedding will be held in Roseville California, at Clubhouse at Woodcreek. Check your phyiscal invitation for exact details.
When is it?
Our wedding will be on Saturday, July 24th, 2021. (In 1353 days)
Are we required to wear a mask?
We do not have plans for a mask requirement in place. However, this may be out of our control. If our venue has a mask mandate in July, we will require masks.
If you are concerned about COVID, we highly encourage you to get vaccinated, or to wear a mask during the wedding. Our number one priority is that everyone feels comfortable and safe on our special day.
